Why Do I Need A Twitter Following?
There are a couple of big benefits to having a good social media following. The first is that you are utilizing a strong ‘Viral Marketing’ element to your website. Every time you make a post it will go in front of thousands of people who are interested in what you have to say. If they then click ‘Tweet’ it then goes in front of their followers and so on. Very powerful.
The second benefit is that it utilizes a point of influence called ‘Social Proof’. When there are a lot of people following someone, other people will assume that it is a person worth following and go check them out. Again a very powerful viral marketing strategy.
What Is Tweet Adder?
There is a little tool you can get called Tweet Adder which will do all of the time consuming process for you leaving you to carry on with the more important things. It is basically like having a person sitting next to you following and un-following people for a couple of hours everyday.
How Does Tweet Adder Work?
There are 3 things that you need to do. Find people to follow. Follow people and Un-follow people.
Step 1. The first step is to find a market leader in your particular market. For example, Anthony Robbins is a leader in personal development. All you then do is add their username in to Tweet Adder. This will then give you a list of their followers and give you a ‘To-follow’ list. You just enter their name in the box shown below.
Step 2. Now that you have people who are likely to be interested in what have you to say, the next step is to follow about 500 of them each day. Note: There are a few settings to use for best results. You want to set to follow a new person every 2-6 seconds and have a daily limit of 1000, as seen below.
Step 3. The last step is to Un-follow about 500 people each day. Again be sure to have the setting set to 2-6 seconds with a daily limit of 1000 as seen below. Also note that you want to set it to Un-follow any non reciprocal followers for the last 2-3 days.
Important Note
There are some people getting their accounts banned so you do have to be a bit careful. Tweet Adder does have other automation settings which I strongly recommend you do not use. Things like auto tweets and thank you messages. Also start out small. Only follow and Un-follow about 100 people for the first week and build up from there to make sure that you stay totally safe.

Yer you do have to be careful. Just don’t use any of the other automation stuff and you will be fine.
